Its clothing lines, which include Superdry, Breed and California Surf Co, are distributed through its retail arm of national chain of stores, including CULT and Superdry Stores and House of Fraser Concessions.
Although Supergroup PLC has its own internal IT support team, Piandi had responsibility for hardware support in its 63 shops, 54 House of Fraser Concessions and its distribution centre as well as its head office servers. That includes Help Desk support for all stores and concessions and IT installations when it opens new stores.
Since Supergroup PLC started working with Piandi eight years ago, its huge success has seen it grow from a head office and just three stores to 63 shops and 54 concessions. Throughout that expansion, Piandi has been on hand to provide consistent support.
